Among myelocytic leukemia, megakaryocytic leukemia is caused by the canceration of megakaryocytes or megakaryoblasts which produce platelets. Some platelet antigens are used for the search of megakaryotic cells. It has been reported that this monoclonal antibody (KOR-P77) can be used for profiling of the maegakaryotic cells with other anti platelet antigen antibodies and useful for the search of megakaryoblastic leukemia. For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedures.
