Order Processing
To expedite your order please provide us with the following information:

• Purchase Order Number
• Name of Person Placing Order
• Complete Shipping and Billing Address
• Product Description, Part Number, Quantity and Price
• A copy of the customer's current radioisotope license must be on file with IBL before any RIA, IRMA or RRA assays will be shipped.

Shipping 
All orders are shipped via an overnight service. We offer service via the below listed carriers.  IBL does not ship on Friday unless special arrangement is made by the customer. All shipments are F.O.B. from our warehouse in Minneapolis (Spring Lake Park), Minnesota.

Pricing and Terms
Terms for domestic customers are Net 30 Days from the date of the invoice, unless other provisions has been made.  Shipping and handling charges are billed to the customer. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted do not include shipping, handling or taxes.  Note: we accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

FDA Status
IBL has many products that are FDA 510(k) cleared or exempt.  However, unless otherwise specifically noted, all products are for non-clinical, instructional and/or research use only and must be used for such applications.  They are not intended for in-vitro diagnostic or clinical use unless so stated.  Please check with IBL if you have any questions on the current 510(k) status of any of our diagnostic products.

Warranty
Any modification of a test or test procedures and/or exchange or mixture of any components from different lot numbers may affect the results of the test.

IN PARTICULAR, IBL, INC.  DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY OF SUITABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY PRODUCT.

IBL's  liability is limited to product credit or replacement which is at the sole discretion of IBL.

Returned Products
Due to the nature of the products all sales are considered final.  IBL will accept returned products only after authorization and prior arrangements have been made with IBL.

Standing Orders
IBL will schedule periodic shipments to assure uniform customer inventory and to reduce order processing.  Please contact IBL or your IBL representative to schedule such shipments.
